Best located hotel in Tilburg

Simply excellent location, within a minute s walk from the main pubs in Tilburg.

Had I known breakfast is charged 18 euro s for, I would have eaten outside. Still, should have looked that up myself.

We upgraded to comfort which of course is more expensive but worth it. Has one comfortable bed, airconditioning. It's location is excellent.

In the hall there was a funky smell.

You should try to make the payment in another way: not pay the price of the room IN ADVANCE but rather be able to cancel it until later on.

Misleading pictures on the internet, room we had was very different to room advertised. Booked a double room, we were placed in a twin room with the beds pushed together which rolled apart during the night, also seperate single duvets. Would have paid extra to be placed in the room advertised, but unfortunatly, the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Would be a great palce to stay if stated clearly on the website that the special rate deals are for the 'second class' rooms.

it's near to a lot of bars, restaurants, shopping stores. it's one block away from the 013. clean room, very stylish.

it's located in a 20min walk from the train station no public transport near to it.

Location. Fairly large rooms with everything, also bathroom, in good working condition.

No safe in room. Disgusting way staff handles food at breakfast counter. I was overcharged on checkout and it took some time, and no apology, before clerk was able to produce the correct bill.

Although a busy/noisy weekend we were not too disturbed by the celebration noises (Queens Weekend). Upgrade and quiet location of room was much appreciated. Great location in centre of city.

Were not made aware that we were inclusive of breakfast until we asked. Not easy to get to reception from car park. Lights in room a little hard to locate off switch. No free wifi in room especially for the price we paid. Was overpriced for 2 nights - car parking on top of hotel price!!!! Nearly £350 for 2nights for 2 people little too highly priced!!!

At check in, lady at the counter forced me to pay for next day breakfast, said it was policy during the festival i attented. Fortunately next day the new lady booked my money back. 120Euro a night was a bit too much for size of room.

Newly refurbished rooms were very stylish and warm. Bathroom was especially well done up.

Affordable luxury in a great location.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly! We got upgraded to a superior room when we arrived which was a lovely treat after a long journey. The room itself was very well equipped and quite high-tech. The shower was amazing! Overall an excellent hotel at a great price. :)

The room was a bit cold but we didn\'t mention it at the time and I\'m sure if we had it would have been fixed.

Restaurant out of commission whilst we were there, and we weren\'t given advance notice of this.

The rooms are a nice size and appear to be well maintained. There were no unusual odors in the room and the bed was of medium firmness. The restaurant was actually fantastic with conscientious service, quality food, and superb presentation.

Unfortunately, this hotel is LOUD and the staff seem to do everything in their power to ignore the problem. I confirmed with the hotel twice that I had been assigned a quiet room away from the street, yet my room was right on the street. Requests to the staff to be moved were met with absolute rudeness. Perhaps more distressing are the 7 watt bulbs in the few lights. They provide no more light than candlelight - good luck putting on makeup or finding anything in your suitcase (is this sweater black or red?). Finally, the bill was incorrect, even though the correct rate was cited at check-in. Good thing I had brought along my confirmation email because they refused to change the rate without it.
