- The price including the breakfast was very attractive The breakfast was amazing Very quiet location. Spacious rooms. Super friendly front desk staff.
- The lighting is quite dim, both in the bathroom as well as the bedroom, particularly for ladies getting themselves ready.

- excellent location, very clean, a very helpful front desk, excellent restaurant and dinning area with chill-out sofas.
- very poor lighting in the rooms, poor television picture....breakfast should be included or atleast complimentary coffee in the foyer.

- The staff in this hotel were fantastic. I specifically remember a barman named mohmed and another bar man with blonde hair, i did not catch his name. These two men were extrremely friendly and gave excellent service. As did all other staff. The hotel was very clean and very pleasurable to stay in. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and will definately return.

- Helpful reception staff. Brilliant smoking area.
- "Business centre" consisted of one computer which was only working for two of the four days we were there. Having paid for a T-Mobile card this connection also did not work. Menu in restaurant was misleading (at least the English version): "rack" consisted of one pork chop!

“Accomodation OK-Internet NO”
- Friendly stuff, cozy restaurant, large parking, easy access to the room.
- Internet was not working, first the free use Internet point in the lobby collapsed after working very slow. Than wireless Internet went down, I spoke 3 times with the stuff and called T/Com support with no result.
