“Clean, pleasant but small”
- the room was clean, the staff helpful, it is situated in a what appears to be an upscale neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the museums passing a number of pleasant eateries. Right on the 2 tram line.
- breakfast is served way too late to be of use to a business stay. the room is very cramped, the toilet shower sink even more so. extra charge for use of in-room safe. The chair and desk arrangement did not lend itself to working with a computer.

“Hidden gem”
- This hotel was a great find. It s located in a lovely neighborhood near the park and steps away from the number 2 metro The large beds are comfortable and the rom has wonderfully large windows. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

- It was really nice to have a teapot and tee in the room, and for free :-)

“Very poor for the price.”
- The location was fine.
- The rooms above the ground floor were extremely small. And the hotel provided one worn out towel per person. If you used the coffee maker in the room it was 15 euros. Also I was charged 772 euros not the 692 I expected.

- The staff was very friendly. It was just OK. The location was good.
- It is very rundown and looks more like a hostel. I was hoping for something much nicer.

- Beds are terrible 2 small single beds pushed together and very uncomftable....you have to pay 10 euros deposit for your room key but when you come to check out there is no one there

- The Indian gentleman who was working at the desk, was defensive and not cuatomer-focused. Rude!
