“The hotel is a bit far away from city center but cosy and nice”

We stayed in studio room type which was very spacious and comfortable.
There is no club sandwich in the hotel menues (even room service menu) which I think is a must . I think most of the guests expect to see it in the hotels which disappointed me. Also no hamburger. And there is no many places to go around for dine, because hotel is a bit far away you have to taxi or tram.

Quite new hotel, nice and very responding staff, esp. the reception, headed by it's young and energetic manager, wonderfull service, tasty food, very comfortable and clean rooms (we received one of the studio rooms)
The hotel needs some investment here and there in petty maintanance issues.

Staff at the reception was very cooperative and nice in finding solutionts to not every day-problems. So much space in the Arena Hotel, it's makes one relax if you want it or not!

Very good location - almost in the middle of the park, with good communication to old Amsterdam and museums. Extremely friendly and polite staff, really looking after the guests. Great design features all around the hotel. Beautiful dinners, really good quality food and service in the restaurant.
no wireless internet - the one on tv is very slow and cumbersome. Having MacBook Air could not access all my mailboxes (hotels server does not support me.com and does not open all attachments). Surprised being charged for breakfast...

“Far from center but nice place to stay”

Very Hyginic,god price quality.The rooms are absolutely clean and new.The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful night club for which I paid 18 euros for entry.
Not in center and check in time is 3 pm.

“Posh and Modern Hotel at nice price”

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent security level. Room is cosy, clean and neat; with comfy furniture and bed. Bathroom is spacious, with nice shower-gel and shampoo. Good restaurant of int\'l cuisine at reasonable price. Will definitely book again.
Location not that central but hotel is close to metro station, thus still manageable to access to almost everywhere. No other negative comments.

the Service at reception was very good the Staff were exstremely pleasant.
We thought the Deluxe room that we booked was quite disappointing. On the web page it told us that it was minimalist, which was true but we felt it was mininalist in a cheap way not in a modern way.
