Close to all transportation in Amsterdam. Warm,friendly very helpful staff. Excellent view. Great food warm cozy beds Great pillows for a comfy sleep. Highly recommended They have a small but fun play area downstairs for the little tikes great idea Underground secured parking

Good hotel to stay with family, nice environment. Breakfast is good.
At reception should be more helpful. Dinner was good but the treatment was not so good.

“Great staff and room size at a reasonable rate for hotel in amsterdam”

Friendly staff, large room size, very quiet, good view of the canal, lots of restaurants in the area that are walking distance from the hotel. Lots of banks with atm within walking distance from the hotel
Too far away from the city. I didn't, use the hotel restaurant so I can,t comment on it.

“Beautiful hotel, location is safe but far from the city.”

I was so happy with my stay, absolutely wonderful! The best staff, and a spacious room!
I am so used to staying with hotels that have breakfast and parking included that I was sad I couldn't eat at the restaurant in the hotel. That would have been much nicer. The location is not bad as it is very safe but taxi and tram prices for a large family is pretty pricey.

“Good quality for the price, but far away from Central Amsterdam.”

Service was great. Very friendly staff. Good value for my money.
I don't think I would want to be outside the hotel at night. There was a fight at the bus stop in the middle of the day. Lots of wandering groups of young men.

“Imperfect but cheap”

The receptionists were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was a cheaper choice among the other hotels including breakfast; this is the only and main plus of the hotel.
The cleaning was terrible; dusty. There was hair even in the clean towels (clearly not my spouse's or mine). The cleaning lady's concept of housekeeping should definetely needs to be defined again. Although we raised this to the frront desk manager, there was no improvement. The breakfast was the same for all 7 mornings and unfortunately 3 out of 4 meat options consist of pork. The service staff in the restaurant were rude. Finally, although it is stated as 4 starts hotel, it is 3 stars in the hotel's own documents! Guess the reason.
