“Great at ground floor level”

Very impressive modern urban hotel seen at ground floor level. Check-in was good. Breakfast was good. Free wifi and the availability of PCs on the ground floor was good. The lounge areas were good. The room had a lovely big bed.
Just a bit too quirky when you reach the bedroom. Very little hanging space and no storage space except under the bed. The shower and toilet pods would work better if there was a little more overall space. In the restaurant bar area, when we asked what hot food was available, the barman pointed in the direction of a covered pot and said, That . Not very helpful

A surprisingly different hotel compared to many other city hotels with king sized bed, mood lighting, semi-circular doors for shower and loo. Room was clean, light and gave a sense of space.

“Great hotel for guests who travel light!”

Very quiet and very clean. Conveniently close to trains. Friendly staff. Great service. A great hotel for the young and hip who travel light!
Lack of convenience in storage space in the room. While the drawer was ample, it was not convenient to unpack our suitcases completely for the few days we were there, and if we had we would have been tripping over empty suitcases since there wasn't a closet to put them in.

“Great stay”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The decor and atmosphere was great. I enjoyed my stay very much.
My pillow was too big. It would have been very nice to have a kettle and some cups and glasses in the room.

Room size (it's okay for a night or two, but not more than that). Location was a bit out of the city. No tea/coffee making facility.

amazing bed, cool design throughout hotel
toliet being in pod in room is a little too weird. room only got cleaned once in 4 night stay, even when asked one for it to be done one day it still didn't get done! it is not in the city centre of amsterdam as it is sold its a expensive taxi ride 3.5miles from train station
