The Conscious Hotel is a comfortable eco-hotel near the Vondelpark as well as a number of Amsterdam's popular attractions. The hotel lies within a few minutes' walk of Leidseplein and Museumplein, where you'll find Amsterdam's three most famous museums: the Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum and the Van Gogh Museum. A tram stop is situated close to the hotel.
At Conscious Hotel Vondelpark, guests can enjoy a fairtrade, organic breakfast. Breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 until 10:00. The bar is open daily from 17:00 until 01:00. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but lunch is available at the bar between 11:00 and 17:00. Healthy snacks and drinks can also be purchased at reception.

“Consciously indifferent”
- Good location.
- Totaly un-wheelchair friendly. We were told we had the biggest room but we have stayed there several times before and our room was no bigger.. Plus being in Tower B and going through several doors to get to our room at the noisy (truckdeliveries, bins, and motor bikes) back of the hotel was not safe should any emergency evacuation have been necessary. When I rang to say we needed wheelchair access I was asked why I hadn t mentioned it when we first booked.- we had not known at that stage.

“Appealing with an Eco appraoch”
- We loved the neighborhood, a little out of the way of all the tourist action,but with vondelpark just behind us.
- Parking was an issue, with no space at the hotel, parking the car somewhere off site for the stay took about an hour to drop off and pick up. Also, the elevator broke and everyone had to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. I think that the hotel should have offered a bellhop service while the elevator was down.

- Great hotel. The staff were really helpful, especially with regards to things to do in Amsterdam and how to navigate the city. Great attention to detail in the rooms. We can recommend this hotel with the upmost confidence.

- Bike hire on site was a major plus, particularly with it being next to the Vondelpark. Getting the number 1 tram from Central Station to the front door was also really helpful. Can't really fault this hotel.

- Great hotel and brand new! Rooms are beautiful. Location of the hotel is great. The tram stops in front of the hotel. Accept the breakfast, I really reccomend this hotel for a city trip!
- Breakfast, the price/quallity of the breakfast isn't good. There isn't a lot of choice and the staff is slow with filling products that are empty. We walked in the breakfast room and didn't see any staff at all, so we went to the buffet. There was a staff member coming and stoped us, first we need to sign before we can take a seat. The aproximation from the staff member was rude. The quallity of the products from the breakfast is good!

- Nice looking hotel.
- Personal at the reception should receive more training. Cleaning lady took the stuff that looked like trash but actually it was not. I not used to that, usually they take only stuff that is in trash can.
