“I would Return to the Crown Plaza”
- Club room access to the private lounge was a big plus - very relaxing and quiet. Never more than 6-8 people in it while I was there. Upgrade to a Club room if you can.
- Restaurant was spotty for dinner food was good, but not outstanding service was poor, as larger groups received lots of attention, but a lone diner had to constantly flag down the server for attention (e.g, a knife a glass of water entree not properly prepared - extremely rare steak delivered, medium-well was ordered).

- the only one thing i didnt like it that if u have an issue with ur Credit card they team can wake you up on middnight to pay !!! which i found a bit too much .. they could wait till 8 am at least

- The location is superb and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and helpful of our needs. The concierge is a great person who helped with train tickets and places to eat.
- The bar closed to early. The cost of the drinks was a little above average.

- The hotel is in a very good location,all usual tourist attractions are in walking distance,very close to the station,good food and drink places all on the doorstep,and sits in a very central,yet,very peaceful side of town.Pool and leisure facilities are good and the hotel bar has a great view over the main shopping street,great for people watching.
- We chose the Crowne Plaza on reputation but the stay was dissapointing due to 3 terrible rooms, got dumped on the 1st floor,all 3 rooms were below standard for what I considered to be a quality marqe,all 3 rooms needed a little t.l.c. All 6 guests agree that the rooms left a bad taste on the stay.
