In addition to Dutch cuisine, the brasserie serves international à la carte dishes. Brasserie de Poort has been a well-known dining establishment in Amsterdam since 1870. The restaurant has maintained a unique tradition: each steak is served with its own unique, numbered certificate. If the number on your certificate ends in two zeros, you'll receive a free bottle of wine! Bar-Bodega De Blauwe Parade has a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the Delftware tile tableau. It's possible to order an aperitif or a light meal here. An original jenever (Dutch gin) and spirit tasting session can also be arranged. In the Coffee Corner De Hooiberg you can enjoy a lively view of the street over a nice cup of coffee. The bar's opening times vary. The restaurant is open throughout the day until 22:30.
Hotel Die Port van Cleve lies in Amsterdam's historic, cultural centre. The Dam Square and Central Station are within walking distance and several trams stop in front of the hotel. Around the hotel, you can go shopping in the Kalverstraat, the indoor shopping centre Magna Plaza, and the boutiques in the De Negen Straatjes (the nine streets). Madame Tussauds, the Anne Frank house, and the lovely De Jordaan area are also nearby.

- Very convenient; right in the centre of Amsterdam. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. We had a great time.
- None for us. Some may find it a bit noisy - but if you want quiet, don't go to the city centre!!

- very near the tourist spots and its all walking distance to madame Tussaud wax museum, mall and restaurants.
- bar fridge is empty and the rooms are extremely small ( 2.5 meters x 3 meters), we cant hardly walk. good thing we are always outside the hotel.
