“Average hotel not luxus but ok and price is ok.”

Good location. Bathroom ok.
Room not as good as on the picture. Boring looking. Mattress too soft. Noise from other rooms went easy throogh the wall.

“Did the job”

Helpful staff. The rooms were not amazing but can't complain because very cheap. The little garden they had was nice too.
One on the receptionists acted very strange.

“Good location, but the price for the hotel room is too high”

Friendly personell, good location. Safe area.
The rooms are not very clean! The carpets are very dirty, many dirty spots! The walls badly need to be repainted in all rooms! Dirty scratches and dirty spots on the wallls! The bathrooms are clean, but badly need to be refreshed and the walls to be painted. Basically, the hotel needs to be cleaned and repained.... Also, it is very loud in the backyard, as the people can sit in the bar outside till 1.00 AM and it is not possible to sleep till at least 1.30 AM....it is just too loud(night!). Many guessts did complain about the noise to the reception, but no one reacted..... the hotel is not wothy 70 Euro per night.... or it should be renewed!

“Great bargain, great location”

Friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful garden/patio with wild parrots in the trees,very convenient to the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Concertgebouw, Leidseplein, Vondelpark

Just a really great hotel and it\\\'s very easy to get there - close to the public transportation stops etc.
The price was too high, maybe.

“Friendly staff; excellent location.”

Lovely garden for coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Great location. Staff was friendly and courteous.
We had a front room on the street which was quite noisy and smokers outside. Ask for a room at the back.
