een heerlijk bed en idem beddengoed
handdoeken en service OK
de kamer en badkamer zien er netjes uit en zijn schoon
beloofde koffie en thee op kamer is onmogelijk: waterkoker functioneert niet en er zijn geen kopjes aanwezig.
de mooie inloopdouche veroorzaakt een waar waterbalet in de badkamer
verhouding ontbijt -prijs valt tegen
de locatie, volgens internet, zou dichtbij de RAI zijn, dat valt helaas tegen!!!

Very big beds (2 matrimonial beds made of 2 normal beds), very friendly staff, heating in the rooms (necessary for rainy and cold Amsterdam), very close to important tram stations in all directions, close to city center, fairly price (by Amsterdam standards)
somewhat thin walls (you can hear your neighbors during the morning, but quit guests so not a real problem), walking shower with no washbasin (but water stayed in my room where it was supposed to stay, if not there are plenty of towels intended to be used as bath mats), no single room, no price difference when used double room for single occupancy
“My tip: Bring an umbrella to Amsterdam no matter what part of the year and warm clothes (you have been warned!).”
