- Safe and quiet location yet still in the very centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- I have no negatives. If you have trouble with stairs then ask for a low floor or don t stay here. They are steep

- it located right next to singel canal, view is fantastic. and its only 5-10mins walk to dam square or other tourist attractions. but dont expect too much for the room, just typical amsterdam style with the spiral stairs, but i reckon its good value for money in europe

- Very good friendly service. Nice view of the canal. Close to Dam Square and the Hop on Hop off bus route. Very clean.
- The stairs were steep but not a problem for me, but they might be for older people or people with children, but assistance is always on hand if you need it.
