Shinji- The location is good, near the museum plain. Breakfast is quite reasonable (5 euro), but it s strange to announce throughout the dining room that we can use plates or forks freely, and don t have to wash them. Is this a youth hostel
- I have stayed at many hotels in Amsterdam, so I don t expect much from a hotel here. But this hotel belongs to the worst of them. The floor is covered with dust, so bags on the floor get white. My room was on the ground floor and directly next to the sidewalk, where guys were hanging out and talking at midnight. I was waken up several times. No remote controller for TV -- this is the policy of this hotel. No dial for the heater and the window cannot be opened, which means you cannot control roo

Dor Shpindler- lobby and service very good. Coffee and snacks are always available.
- No wifi in the room.

P Mhatre- Very neat and tidy Helpful staff
- Room was actually smaller than advertised.
8.4
Garrett A Smith- Great location behind the Concertgebouw. Room was clean ---
- but tight-- you had to close the bathroom door to pass the foot of the bed. Lobby and elevator could be cleaner.
7.8
Arno Parik- Quiet nights, cleen, small but sufficient breacfest, nice and quiet neiberhood.
- Main problem, espetialy in worm days - the hotel face the South, rooms are very dry and does not have sufficient ventilation.
9.2
Duncan Cowpar- The hotel was really clean and the rooms were a reasonable size for the money. TVs in the rooms were new and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff were absolutely excellent - their helpfulness really made the trip easy.
- Strange smell in the reception area!

Friederike Schmidhuber- friendly people at the service desk, nutritious breakfast, quiete at night, daily new towls
- the bathroom was not cleaned during the 5 days of stay

Nate- Good location. Easy to get to from Airport.
- They gave us a room on the 5th floor with windows that did not open! It was extremely hot and stuffy. Fire door outside our room was really loud and woke me up a bunch during the night.
6.8
American Living in Europe- This hotel is perfect for those seeking basic accomodations and fantastic location. You are smack in the middle of the museum district and with in walking distance to the Van Gogh and The Rijks and many others not to mention being less than a minutes walk to the tram line that will take you directly to the city centre. The breakfast was included with our rooms which of course was the standard european breakfast cold cuts, bread, jams, spreads, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Just what you need to get out the door quick.
- A bit warm in the summer due to no air conditioning but one of our rooms did have a fan which was a blessing
6.6
Monika- it satisfies the bare minimum one expects from a 2 star hotel, clean bed, warm water, hairdryer, TV, complete breakfast, good location, 24 hours reception
- very small rooms, windows cannot be closed perfectly therefore cold is coming in, noise coming in from corridor
