“Great hotel with under performing management team”
- Hotel in quiet area beside canal with convenience of tram 4 stopping directly outside. Hotel is located midway between Dam Square major museums all within 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes walk to Heinken Brewery museum where you catch the hop on hop off canal ferry.
- Hotel facilities are excellent well maintained,but sadly poor management is the lasting memory that guests will recall if they elect to have a dining room experience or spend a little time at the bar. In addition, the simple dinner menu is too complicated for kitchen staff. Management was aware of these problems, but dismissive in stating that several other guests had already complained.

“Truely an awesome hotel - pay the extra and stay here!”
- Awesome hotel, beautifully decorated! Great size for city hotel. The best shower ever! Great cocktai bar. Staff v accomodating! Very comfy bed. Proper coffee in the room. Every bathroom toiletries yo could imagine.
- towels too small! few restuarants nearby. Glass door and shutters between bathroom and room - not recommended for people not intimate with each other.

- Kamer te warm, tv positie tov het bed slecht Maar 1 comfortabel stoel in de kamer 2e persoon moet op bed zitten of op buro stoel. Geen aanwijzingen voor nooduitgang (waar met de trap ipv lift) Minibar werkte niet ook niet na bezoek personeel
