Established within two adjoining buildings, Hotel Vossius offers modern rooms, Wi-Fi and a lounge. Much of the original construction has been preserved during the renovation of these monumental buildings. Each room is therefore a little bit different. The following facilities are available in all rooms: a modern bathroom, telephone, LED television, safe, iPod docking station, and tea and coffee making facilities.
A continental breakfast buffet is available daily from 07:30 to 10:00 h.In the vicinity are plenty of places to enjoy lunch or dinner, varying from pub food to fine dining. The area around the Leidseplein offers many pubs and clubs, as well as the famous music venues: the Paradiso and the Melkweg. Or how about an evening at the casino?
The area in which Hotel Vossius is situated is known as the Fashion & Museum District. Fashion awaits you around the corner in the P.C. Hooftstraat, with its luxury shops such as those of Gucci and Chanel. Other nice, and more affordable, shops can also be found along the Leidsestraat.Appreciators of culture will also certainly relish a visit to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum.

- near 197 bus to schiphol excellent location for museum hopping easy access into town via tram quiet side street next to vondelpark
- bathroom new but could be better maintained, shower floor covered in soap scum. a turd floating in the toilet, left from the last occupants?? shower screen design strange - post shower, the whole bathroom floor is flooded luggage storage room full, they were forced to use an unsecured sitting room freely accessible by all hotel guests

“Unexpected quiet spot at the heart of busy city.”
- Hotel is located in excellent spot of the city. Small quite street next to beautiful Vondel Park, close to Leidseplein where you can find many bars and restaurants, very close to the main shopping streets of Amsterdam and museums. Tram stop is just behind the corner. Tram 5 and 2 will take you directly to the central station. Rooms are a bit small but clean and nice. Bathroom is small but manageable. Staff is nice.
- Basic breakfast, no warm dishes available.10 EUR price is not cheap if you have to pay your breakfast separately. No free WiFi internet in the room.

- The comfort of the triple room was poor enough. The room was too small and narrow for three people. 'There was not enough place for clothes and luggages. One narrow cupboard does not seem to be enough furnish for 3 grown-ups .

- You could hear the noises from the hallway to the room very clearly. Not a good thing in the middle of the night
