The staff were all excellent with a very positive happy attitude and also helpful. Good breakfast and comfy room with excellent bathroom.
Although the location is not to far from tram stops (about 10 min walk) its a shame a bus does not pass by the hotel, but this is for the sake of older folk and when it is raining ! I wish the hotel bike hire was cheaper , as we would have used the bikes in our 5 day stay. They were about a dozen lined up outside all the time with nobody using them. Make it cheaper by half the cost and they would be used I'm sure.

a very good hotel with excellent rooms. location very good for amsterdam sights staff on reception are excellent,friendly and helpful.
steak menu in lift should be removed when not available

the cleaning lady did not change the soap container even when we left a note for her

Good service, friendly and helpfull staff, good Italian restaurant (especially our first dinner that included bread etc), clean and nice rooms - excellent room cleaning! Also restaurants staf was friendly, except one very shameless waiter.
Far away from centre, or tram, a lot of walking. (for older people) Safety-box mounted on the floor, difficult to use.

The Hotel is ok standard as IBIS is.
there was three of us staying in one room and it was very cramped.
