“Excellent location”
- Location was very central for the station and seeing all of Amsterdam. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and also included in the price.
- There was a constant noise during the night, not sure from where, it may have been a generator, I found it difficult to tune out from this noise and found it difficult to fall asleep

- Blocking a quite big amount for each night of accomodation - though the fare had been already paid. It sounds that the Hotel does not really trust its guests.

- The staff members at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating.The breakfast buffet that was included in our package was an added perk. Receiving an MP3 player upon arrival was an added surprise.

- I decided to use this hotel again as it is in a brilliant location, has lovely quiet rooms and the staff are very polite and helpful. There is plenty of choice for brekfast, both hot and cold buffet. Highly recommended.
- My one and only gripe with this wonderful hotel is the price. It tends to be a bit pricey but if you can afford it, go for it.

- most of front desk personel has been changed to new and yonger ones, i do not see the benifit of this for the customers because the old team was extremely good. Please be aware i am comming at this particular hotel already for years, when i stay in Amsterdam

- room phones charge money even if you don't get a connection with an outside line (e.g., busy signal), which is unfair & unreasonable, and front desk was helpless/reluctant in reimbursing these not-made but charged calls.

- the hotel is quiet and good design , cleaning of room is very good , staff at recepition is very helpful, rooms is beautiful , the hotel dsl internet free is good.
- breakfast must be included in the room price as the price of room is high , the bag holder s in the hotel didnot give enough help to the clients and left the clients hold their bags except if they are given tips

Nair- Wonderful location, Clean rooms and common areas, Very friendly and accommodative staff. Overall, very Happy and Satisfied with our stay.
- 1. No convenient and direct access to Microwave, it made preparing Baby food difficult. There was a Microwave inside Bar but the Bar is not always open, and only staff has direct access anyway. 2. No baby diaper changing table in Lounge restroom. The place really needs it. 3. The coffee maker / boiler had rust on the coil, and heated water had a bad smell and taste. 4. Pillows were not bad but could have been better.

“Good Hotel, location”
- The room was very comfortable. Free wi-fi was positive, I find it very annoying to book into a 4/5* Hotel at their rates and then be asked to pay 20+ euro on top for wi-fi. Location for centre was good plus metro/central station was only 5 minutes walk away.
- The underground car park was extortionate at 50Euro overnight! If I had to pay the full official room rate rather than the Hotels.NL rate I would have considered this Hotel very expensive for facilities and service.

- Great location, within walking distance of most attractions but not on the doorstep making a quiet setting for a city centre.
- Having to use two separate lifts to get the room is o.k, when sober but very confusing after having a few.
