Leidseplein Hostel Amsterdam is situated within 100 metres of the same-named square. This square is also named after the Leidse Poort; the gateway to the square until 1862 and the former starting point for travelling Leiden-bound. The current Leidseplein is renowned for its many great restaurants and bars. The square annually attracts millions of tourists and is an excellent base for exploring this city.

“If you like bug bites whilst you sleep then this is the place ”

The service was great. The night porter was very hospitable.
It was bug bite central I woke up with multiple bug bites all over me. The beds need sanitising and clearing from insects immediately

Everyhing - Dirty, Not even a hanger for my jacket was present. You have to pay for a towel, dirty sheets, dirty floor, smell all over the hostel, old terrible windows and HUGE price and much more, but I m gonna stop now.
