- - Great location esp. for travelling by train tram - Great staff always wearing a warm smile ready to answer requests - High speed free wifi, with even an Apple desktop acting both as a TV a PC (Most other hotels we stayed in our Europe trip offer free wifi but very slow demands additional payments for high speed access) - Hotel is new clean incl. towels beddings - The welcome warm chocolate cookie certainly adds to our delights - With most other hotels charging similar prices

“ A lovely stay in a great location with a smart comfortable room ”
- The facilities are excellent and the rooms were immaculate and the welcome cookies is a nice touch!!! The Sky lounge is great also being next to the station is a bonus for checking in and out!!
- Not having the breakfast included is miserly and the option at 24.50 euros is NOT good value. I would have also liked a bath in our room and maybe some colour in the room on perhaps the bedding or one of the walls to make it more cozy!!

“Consider Carefully before you book”
- Great Location for the city and from the train station
- Over priced, noisy rooms on the overlooking the railway and harbour, poor service at breakfast, and checking and checkingout?a dog was aloud in the dining room at breakfast (NOT A GUIDE DOG) fowled the lift? POOR POOR POOR 400 euro for one night?
