“Excellent location.”

We were given drinks vouchers whilst we waited for our room to be made ready. A lady from Housekeeping popped in when we just got into our room and she immediately went to get some fresh milk when my mother requested fresh milk rather than powdered. All staff we met were exceptionally helpful and fruendly.
Breakfast is expensive.

Very comfortable, quiet, fantastic location, friendly staff, good air conditioning and good night access. Very positive stay, will stay again.
Only the minor point of preferring a little more natural light in the room, but I guess I d get that with a more expensive room.

Location, friendly staff, clean
No room service, uncomfortable bed, small room with very high window. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the past and although the hotel is adequate it has lost some of the quality and now only offers reasonable value for money..

“Wonderful hotel please make sure that they secure a room for you!”

Comfort, toiletries, bedding, television, safe, refrigerator, 24 hour concierge.
Have stayed at this hotel many times. This time prepaid months in advance, when we arrived hotel it was fully booked. Sent to another supposedly better NH hotel (was not better) and it was further away to this hotel than other superior NH hotels. - Windows did not open at all, and were painted shut.

“ill be using NH hotels again, very happy thanks”

the reception staff were very helpful, informative and friendly. also i asked for a wake up call and it was made to the second.the heating was as hot as you wanted which came in handy as it was very cold during my visit. many thanks. i think the NH group is a good hotel chain. ive stayed at the NH Caransa and that was very good also.
the only faults i could say is that the lighting in the room was not bright enough. also the minibar only had two bottles of water.

Well located
No air-conditioning in bedroom is unacceptable. Had to sleep with window open and endure high level of Spuis Street noise throughout two nights. All other hotels during our 12 day trip in Holland and France had airconditioning (even lesser priced hotels

“Hotel good quality, but internet service slow & not what was paid for”

the internet service was way too expensive. It should be free, like most international hotels. Also when I paid for the internet, I was told I would get free landline calls. I tried to make a call and was told my pin number that I was given did not work. When I called customer support for Swisscom, it said the number was not active.
