“Brilliant location, comfortable rooms.”

Excellent location. Good sized room. Asked for a quiet room away from the road and was given it. Near all the main sights, restaurants and walkable from the central station. Comfy beds.
Staff were polite but not overly engaging. There was food left in our fridge by the previous occupants when we arrived and the supervisor we reported it to didn't seem sorry at all.

“Nice hotel for a reasonable price at the Center of Amsterdam”

Central location, very comfortable room. Good breakfast.
We were invited by the receptionist to store our luggage at the luggage room on our last day in Holland upon returning from Utrecht, even though we no longer were guests of the hotel, since our flight departed late in the evening. Unfortunately, the woman at the reception desk did not respect the promise of her colleague and was quite rude to us when we asked to store the luggage...

Excellent location in the center of the city , close to the central station and tramway, efficient service ,good value for money, good breakfast
Impersonal and indiiferent, you do not get the impression that you are valued as a guest. I have stayed at the hotel three times as the location did suit me and not because the hotel likes to see you come back.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes from Dam Square. About 10 minutes from Central Station and Red Light District. Most sights are within walking distance.
Probably a bit overpriced. Room pretty basic. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcome.

“AC PLEASSSSEE!!!!”

Location.
- Rooms were too hot. I really don't understand why rooms don't have AC; - Breakfast is served until 10:30. After that hour, people inside breakfast area can't eat anything more because everything is removed by the waiters; Price was too high - 143€ per night for all those mentioned minus points!

Disgustingly overpriced for what you get, room was shabby and sub-standard, would not reccomend it.

brecky was good, would not leave it 2 late tho... rooms very spacious.
was some banging through the night.. not 2 much though, the main minus for me was that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room :-( unhappy
