Qbic Hotel Amsterdam belongs to Qbic low cost design hotels. Characteristic of this innovative hotel concept is the unique atmosphere, space, lighting and self-service. The cube-shaped accommodation, called Cubi, take centre stage in all of the futuristically designed hotel rooms. Free WiFi is available and you can sleep in an excellent bed with comfortable mattresses from Hästens or Eastborn. There are three room types. The Double Room is ideal for price-conscious travellers. This room does not have a window, but does have good lighting. Spend a little extra and you can book a Basic Room or an even more spacious Large Room, both of which offer a view of the street and the WTC courtyard.
The Grab-and-Go Corner vending machine offers everything you fancy or may even have forgotten to bring! Useful items such as toothpaste, a tie, a sweet treat, various bites, snacks and drinks. Naturally, you only pay for what you use. If you'd like to enjoy an extensive lunch, dinner or drinks, you can visit one of the restaurants or bars located inside the WTC building.
The location of Qbic Hotel Amsterdam inside the World Trade Center is ideal for a business stay in the Dutch capital. In the WTC there are excellent facilities. There are several restaurants, cafés, a hairdresser and a supermarket. A mere 3-minute walk will take you to the Zuid WTC railway station. Here you have access to speedy public transport links to the RAI Conference and Exhibition Centre or the city centre. Schiphol Amsterdam Airport can be reached within a 10-minute train journey.

- Location was very good, quick check in, comfortable bed, excellent shower, nice room, decent breakfast, friendly team.

“Funky place ”
- Was a great little hostel. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Not in a central location but really close to transport which made it easy to get into town. Would highly recommend this place
- The only thing that we didn t like was that there were no windows on our room, nowhere to put our clothes (no storage) and no door for the bathroom. It was a little too open plan for our liking but still a great place

“Great location but room hygiene not up to standard”
- Right outside the railway station and 5 minutes away from Schiphol airport by train. Location is great with lots of Wine bars, restaurants and fast food outlets. The room concept is different and is very modern with mood lighting and funky wallpaper.
- The walls were dirty with marks and stains. The TV was covered in dust and the window blinds just as bad. Under the mattress was a lot of dirt and marks. I found long black hairs around the bed and floor. Where the headboard of the bed meets the wall it was very dirty with lots of dust and hairs. I was not feeling well and too tired to complain but on another occasion I would not have put up with such a dirty room.

“Good location, bad plumbing.”
- The location was very close to tram lines as well as the metro. It was very easy to get downtown and back again using public transit. The parking was good compared with other Amsterdam rates.
- The shower drain would bubble up and leave sewage water in the shower floor. This happened not only when we used the sink or toilet but randomly throughout the night and would leave an unpleasant odor. We also decided to skip showers the next morning as well. The self service check in/out did not work for us.

- it is a problem to find free park space near the hotel. The WTC parking is too expensive for me

“Nice concept but slightly disappointing”
- very friendly staff and a good value for money breakfast. Also nice long bed!
- Cold room( and no way of adjusting temperature). Not very practical rooms, i.e. hardly any space to put clothes, and toiletries. Also no door on bathroom and an automatic light switch which is impractical for nighttime visits! Also the mattress has an annoying gap in the middle of it.

- the hotel is situated in a quite zone and a few minutes by tram from dam square.there is a stop tram near of the hotel.the look and the confort of the room are good and original.the assistent of the reception is very kindly
- there aren\'t the door of the bathroom and the windows can\'t open to smoke and change air.there isn\'t possible to choose the temperature in the room.there\'s only change every day towel but there isn\'t the hair dryer.the breakfast isn\'t very cheap
