David AUBIN- The positive point during my stay was the location about the hotel, which is really near from restaurants and bars.
- A little bit too hot in my room and no way to put down the heat of the heat makers.

- Noisy. the room and spesially the bath needed to be repaired. it was a bit mould in the bath, and it smelled mould in the room

- Very noisy and small room (Close to a Theater). Breakfast only between 8 and 10 (I had to leave at 7:30 every day), Quite expensive for what you get, but all Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive. TV not working

unhappy guest- Thank God that the stay was only for one night!
- very dirty bathroom; bed has most likely bedbugs. Other guests checked out before agreed time. lack of basic hygiene and very demoralised staff.

Hamilton- Staff was great and helpful. Hotel room had a great view.
- Need a fan or AC in the room. Was hot and with only one window that opened made for no breeze and very warm room.
