- Perfect location. Tram stop outside. Near to Railwaystation.
- The room was very cramped. it was difficult to move there, there was very little floor space.I could have understood this if it had been a budget room but it was a comfort room. The toilet was also very narrow and so was the shower.

- Location - fantastic. I had a view of Damrak and Dam Square. very clean room and comfotable beds Access to printers was excellent Friendly and helpful staff.
- smallest bathroom I have ever been into. Shower water on the floor was a concern. Indicating that internet access was a chargable item was odd, especially when it did not incur a charge. Maybe this needs to be clarified for guests. Perhaps the charge is for those using hotel computers and not for wi-fi users
