“Stunning hotel”

Design, bar area and staff all very good.
Our room was very small and made worse by a pitched roof so I had to bend over each time I needed to get out of bed. The bathroom is totally glazed without any blinds. NO PRIVACY Food was very expensive (we didn t eat but looked through the menu)

“Zuiderzee Route”

We capped off our trip with this hotel. It has a great location, superior service, a great bar ans excellent accommodations. The staff secured our bicycles for the night with no problem and gave us a good recommendation on several nearby restaurants.
The stay was too short

Excellent position close to restaurants shops and canals. Think this was only hotel I found in Amsterdam that would accommodate 3 people all in proper beds. Not the most exciting or interesting room but had all we needed inc good bathroom mirror with decent hairdryer. Air con inefficient but wasn t too hot for us. No room safe but there was a fridge minibar and wifi easy and free. Breakfast was good with plenty choice and all staff good.

“SLIGHT INCONVENIENCES”

Enjoyed assortment of quality coffee and tea and thank you for upgrade of room. Will definitely return for future stay and shall recommend to business associates and friends.
1. Water from shower stall keeps flooding floor of bathroom. Needs to be fixed. 2. Mattress and pillows are too soft for guests with spine problems. Perhaps offer assortment of pillows, if available.

Clean hotel and centrally located. Bed was very comfortable. A bit on the pricey side as breakfast was not included.
None that I can think of.

“Perfect Hotel & location on a Great Weekend Break!”

Very good Location within walking distance to all main attractions. Beautiful hotel and the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The hotel bar was very nice and the staff really friendly and helpful. Great weekend and would definately recommend anyone to stay at Convent Hotel for a wonderful break!!
Mini bar prices were over priced and the hotel bar drinks were alot more expensive than everywhere else we visited.

“Clean, quiet and great for couples.”

Great location for couples that want peace and quiet at night, but still very close to everything. Nice complementaries in the bathroom. Clean.
Nothing really.. Room service took 40 minutes, not the promised 25. But it was late, and the food was pretty good.

Very comfortable bed. Staff very nice and helpful. Very well located Quiet rooms.
No safe in the room. Room not very nicely decorated. Bathroom a bit old. We got a 50% discount with hotels.nl but even then the price was a bit expensive for what it is.
