“Very pleasant stay”

Rooms are a bit small but still sufficient. Great bathroom and nice deco. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Very close to Heineken experience and tram just a minute walk away.
The lift takes forever and there are grabs of little steps that make it difficult to carry big luggage. Also pls put signs up how to get to the reception from the lift :). Didn't like the parking, u r supposed to leave ur key as cars are constantly parked in but u can't do that with a rental.

“Nice and clean basic hotel, close to all local amenities ”

The thermostat had broken in our room and the room was far too hot, we could open with window but it was very noisy outside and we were on the ground floor, we were not happy to sleep with window open all night. There was no fan available in reception and we had difficulty sleeping as it was so warm!

Checking out
Room 405 had no view and was to small, stairway is dangerous to get to the fourth floor. Overall the room was way to expensive for the comfort I had expected

relatively cheap, free Wifi, breakfast included
1. Rooms - far too small. Almost no space for keeping luggage. 2. Very dimly lit room. Bathroom almost dark. 3. The room has a desk and a chair, but not usable for study since the table is at a very dark place (3 sides blocked) and there is no table lamp. 4. Only 1 plug point in the room. 5. Service is very poor. They didn't replace a broken light even 4 days after reporting it. 6. Bathroom exhaust doesn't work. 7. Lift doesn't work. The spiral stairs are very narrow and dangerous.
