Koen- location makes it easy to reach all the important spots.
- During breakfast there where not enough tea mugs around. We got a class without any suggestion how to hold it. Asking for another one got the answer that they where all dirty. More important the electric socket on the night stand is on the table itself, build in. So when you spoil something on it, it will run into the socket or phone, which it did. It got some smoke out of the socket. The phone didn't work after that and not even the day after so no action taken on it. Dangerous for the pri

Stephan Ginez- could not find any since we could not stay there!
- This hotel overbooked and did not honor my reservation! Watch out if you book with them. The Front desk Melvin and another employee without a tag where polite but made it sound like they were doing us a favor by sending us to a 5 stars hotel which was not 5 star ( I have a pic of their star sign on their facade), where we would get a king bed that we did not get, in a room with a window close to the floor and with a totally obstructed view across from the train station! If you screw up say it and don't make up stories! I would not recommend this hotel, why take a chance to go through this nightmare?!!!!

Tibor- Great location, helpful stuff - added a baby cot upon our request immediately. Really big room compared to some other rooms in Amsterdam. The size of the Deluxe room was enough for us and our 9 month old baby. All the other benefits of the Deluxe room were worth for the upgrade ;)
- Some noise came through the window from the street

colm maguire- Staff very nice and helpful. Free internet. Location excellent. Clean.
