The first Van der Valk hotel in the capital city of the Netherlands is now a fact. Van der Valk Amsterdam-Amstel opened its doors in September 2018. It is a splendid hotel, situated in a 60-metre-high tower, on the Duivendrechtsevaart in Amsterdam Oost. A 5-minute walk will take you to Overamstel metro station where several metro lines will run you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. You shall want for nothing at the hotel: delicious food in 3 restaurants and ultimate relaxation in the spacious spa. You'll find Wellness de Tropen on the 3rd floor, and is free for hotel guests. It is a beautiful space, spanning over 210 m². Here you'll find a swimming pool, a traditional sauna, infrared sauna, rhassoul area, footbaths and an "experience shower".
