- Luggage storage before after check-in Facility to stay in single room when younger family members stayed in the dorm. Working lift to 4th floor Quiet at night
- Single Room quite expensive but it is Amsterdam

- The location was perfect. The room has an adequate size and the bathroom facilities are very good. TV, Wifi worked and people at the reception desk were polite and friendly.

- Not really a "full service" hotel. but adequate. Housekeepers didn't clean our room once

“Go to this hotel if you don't care about Hygiene and only attractions!”
- The hotel is located in a touristic area and have easy access to many museums, literally 1 minute to Van Gogh and Diamond museums. Also easy access to the entertainment area Leidseplein. Affordable breakfast!
- Hotel staff don't bother to change the sheets and pillow covers even when you are staying there for a week and the sheets not only are dirty but torn. They don't wash the glasses and mugs also. Thank god they emptied the trash bins.

- Location.
- The windows in the rooms can not be opened. No fresh air! The rooms are very small. Storage for luggage is extremely small and not secure. Personnel not very friendly.
