- Polite staff clean room
- Very hot in room even with aircon on high. Very noisy main road at the front of the hotel so opening the window meant it was difficult to sleep. Mind your head on the corner of the glass sink in bathroom

“Good choice for central Amsterdam near the Railway Station”
- The location is good and the accommodation is clean and staff efficient and friendly. Best to take the train from Schiphol airport to Grand central and the Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from there or one tram stop
- Lack of individual control over room heating airconditioning. Control was in the room but has been blocked to allow central control by the reception desk. The TV was too small and quite old and could do with an easier channel navigation system with a few more english and news channels they really should buy newer ones. The room rates are a bit high.

“Really, really good hotel ”
- The bedroom was set out so nicely, the hotel staff were always really helpful, the room was cleaned every day and new towels given. The staff even gave us an adaptor as we forgot to bring any and let us use it, free of charge for our entire stay. Also, when we checked out at 12 on the last day, they let us use the luggage room until we had to go to the airport.
- If there had to be any negative points, if you were staying with a friend, it may be slightly awkward as you can see through the glass of the bathroom walls if you stand close enough, however this wasn t an issue for us as we are a couple.

“GREAT LOCATION ”
- - Location Location Location - Breakfast - Friendly staff - The room is small but clean. - Coffee machine and tea. - Even though we had the room with a city view, it was not loud.
- - the bed was not comfortable. We didn t have a good sleep. The mattresses tend to slide off the bed. It hurt our backs. - At one evening, we woke up in the middle of the night because of the guests coming and they were so loud. When we came out in the morning, we found pizza boxes lying on the floor. That s not acceptable. It s not the hotel fault though, but more to the negative attitude of the guests. Perhaps, rules need to be set up.

“Luxury at a Fair Price in a Perfect Tourist Location”
- Very comfortable bed, very helpful staff, very clean. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the main railway station and tram and metro stations. A shared computer was available for printing boarding passes, tickets, etc.. The bathroom had been completely renovated to a very good standard.
- The room was very small.
