- The best location to travel around different cities in belgium. Just oppositte central station. Train, the best way to travel from antwerpen to brugges, gent or brussels. A loft of restaurants around the hotel. Perfect service room and cleaning room. Complete breakfast include in the price.

- adjacent to one of the most attractive railway stations I have seen in Europe
- There are too many minus points to be listed in this box and they are the subject of a seperate e-mail to the director at the hotel and some were discussed with the housekeeping manager before we left. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

“Would not recommend this hotel.”
- 1 iron available for all guest. 2 lamps not working in room. noisy room~( could here water running through pipes) TV to high up on wall. Could not access Pay TV. Had to clear own table for breakfast. No room service menu in room. Although it was a special price, I did not feel that I was staying in a 4 star hotel. We couldnt wait to leave on the Sunday, we didn't even go down for breakfast.

- Bath room was not so clean, and somehow we coould not have warm water when we took a shower.
