- We felt at home immediately upon our arrival. The welcoming front desk staff were both professional and helpful. The bar food was good. I ordered the 3-cheese pizza and it was excellent

- Good situation. Felt comfortable walking from the hotel, past the docks and down by the river to the Old Town area. Room was clean and roomy.
- Handwash in bathroom ran out on day 2 and was not replaced. Some mornings it was difficult to get a table for breakfast due to the volume of people eating.

- The only minus point whilst we were there is that on the Monday which was a Bank Holiday breakfast was only served till 10am so we missed breakfast altogether by arriving at 10.07.Although the breakfast room was full of families and groups and no business persons there were no dishes for cereal or rolls left and no one offered to get us any.

- Wireless Internet not reliable; management did as if it was my problem despite considerable evidence to the contrary. Told I couldn\'t use phone to dial 0800 number for my international phone card. \"Harbor view\" is a sliver in between two office buildings. Five bus stops from central station. Toilet (WC) area smelled strongly of urine, even after I asked for thorough cleaning. \"Power Shower\" actually a water hose. No one at the front desk seemed to care that the accommodations were less than satisfactory. All in all, I originally believed Holiday Inn to be a trusted, quality brand. I know better now.
