- The cleaning service was excellent.
- The friendliness of the barman in the billiard hall was Zero and I would suggest the hotel staff either send him on a public relations course, or sack him!

- Great location, right at the train station, also the place was quite calm. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The price is not very high either.
- Average small room with windows looking at another room. Also the room didn't really feel tidy, although I think it was okay in this sense. Oh, a minor thing: the cold/hot taps are swapped. :)

“VERY BASIC”
- Good location and also only 45minutes away from brussels by train which has high hotel prices! So much preferable to staying in brussels.
- A bit basic but then again thats what your pay for. all was ok until the last night when i discovered the following morning i had been bitten by bed bugs so therfeore the proper cleaning of bed sheets need a little more attention. unable to complain because i departed at 0500 so no one around to complain to.

“Netjes en verzorgd, maar niet altijd even schoon..”
- Kamers zien er netjes en goed verzorgd uit. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer goed locatie!! Midden in het centrum en vlak bij het station en sportpaleis!
- De hygiene liet te wensen over op de wc`s en badkamers. Sommige receptionisten zijn kortaf.
