“Not worth the price, Not for young couples”

Relatively close to central station and centrum areas.
Service was not very impressive, the emergency exit and light went through our room which I thought was a bit odd, beds/pillows uncomfortable, not suitable for couples

Easy access to public transport. Reasonably priced public bar. friendly helpful staff. good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms.
tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would have been appreciated

+ Good mixture of classic style and modern accents in hotel + Nice spacious room + Excellent layout of room (living room/bed divided with open wall) + Very good breakfast + Mini-safe in room + Very able, friendly and helpful staff
- Parking is small issue, but you can park your car perfectly 5 mins walk away. - Air-conditioning was apparently turned off, so got too warm in room for our comfort - Rooms can be somewhat noise in evening with window open (see above why windows were open)

“perfect price/quality for a city trip to antwerp”

the 10â¬ upgrade for the room-with-a-view was certainly worth it, getting up and standing on the rooftop overlooking antwerp was very nice
parking in the street, no dedicated carpark that we noticed

“Prima Hotel met een zeer goede service; aanrader !!!”

Zeer goed hotel met een prima service. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van een upgrade voo â¬.10,00 p.p. naar een suite. Nette (ruime)kamer met alles erop en eraan. Centrum is aan te lopen (door park)met taxi 5 minuten. Absoluut aan te raden !!!

Staff.
Shower very, very poor. Filling the bath takes more than an hour due to poor waterpressure on the 8th floor. Bathroom in general could use an upgrade.

Beautiful hotel & room (we got a free upgrade to a junior suite), great breakfast, good location. 20 minutes walk from the real centre - ideal for an after diner walk back to the hotel. I would go to this hotel again and hope nothing in my room needs fixing.
The cooparation between staff members was below par. A simple complaint was ignored for 3 days because there was no way of sharing information about the room: for everybody I spoke to, the information was new.
