The Victorian interior has - with a few pointers from a maid who worked here in 1910 - been returned to its former glory.

Breakfast is served daily at the hotel between 07:00 and 11:00. Because it's a small hotel, advance reservations for lunch and dinner are very much appreciated; for instance on arrival or in the morning at breakfast. Lunch comprises a warm dish such as soup, tasty freshly prepared sandwiches, and fresh fruit. The restaurant is open for dinner from 19:00 until 21:30. Guests are able to indicate their likes and dislikes upon reservation, and the kitchen staff will take this into account. However, what's served will remain a surprise, but it is possible to choose between a three or four course menu. All meals are prepared using fresh produce.

Take a trip in style to the Palace Het Loo by staying at Hotel Pegasus Apeldoorn. This palace is a historic listed building close to the hotel and was once the summer residence of the Dutch royal family. It was opened up to the public in 1984 allowing visitors a glimpse of the past. You're also highly recommended to take a walk through the Hoge Veluwe where you'll find the famous Kröller-Müller Museum and the Jachtslot St. Hubertus. The beautiful historic heart of Apeldoorn is also literally within walking distance of the hotel, perfect for shopping and sampling the nightlife.

The centre of Apeldoorn is a 7-minute walk away, which is also where you'll find the railway station.
