jo- Breakfast was wonderful
- Would prefer unlimited espresso coffee breakfast
9.6
Martin Jones- The staff were ecellent, very helpful and friendly. The food at both lunch and dinner were simply the best(especially the dinner). The room was very good, and the pool was very good.
- No air conditioning in the room. And no free wireless.

Rosie- Very nice reception girls who loaned me a bathing costume as I had not brought one with me. Perfect location if you wish to visit the Het Loo, only 5 minutes walk. Very nice large bedroom with a south facing balcony. Comfortable bar area with log fire. Room good value.
- 25 minute walk from town if you want to go into the centre for a meal. Restaurants in the hotel are quite pricey for those converting pounds sterling into euros, particularly the wine. However the food was quite nice.

Traveller- Very good quality food. Staff very helpful and friendly when approached.
- Staff very slow to offer service. Rooms in need of updating particularly bathroom facilities. Many other hotels offer free wi-fi. A liitle overpriced.

JOHN SAVERY- The wonderful professional staff
- One course in the restaurant was below the otherwise very high quality - breakfasts were all good but a few seeds would be welcome
9.8
Erika- The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious food. Sauna and swimming pool are very good and tidy. Apeldoorn is a great location for sightseeing (Paleis Het Loo), nice villas on streets and excursions.
- Internet is far too expensive, 0.35 cents per min! Weird in the 21th century... 3 machines tucked into a small space -I would not call that a gym...
9.8
Keith Phelan- What a great hotel....just great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception was brilliant. Would like to give a special mention to a giant of a man with a giant of a personality Norman the nightman who looked after my brother and I very well. Should have 5 stars. Breakfast was fantastic. Enough to fill you for hours. Very well run.
- Only minus point would be the drinking water in the gym. Needs topping up more often Could not fault anything else.

John Savery- The staff care is excellent at all times, There is a welcoming and restfull atmosphere in the hotel and the neighbourhood as well as in the nearby Palace and its surrounding forest. A nice suprise is the small but pleasant pool on the top floor. The Restaurant adapts meals to your requests and the food of the season - this personalisation is not cheap but we though the price was justified and some dishes were superb. The selection of accompanying wines were good but not as exceptional as some of the food.
- There are no tea and coffee faciities in the standard rooms. Breakfast was very adequate but it was not a particular high spot - maybe more seeds, muesli and fruit would lift it.
