The bar is open from 11:00 until 02:00, and the restaurant is open from 11:00 to 21:00.
You can easily walk to the beautiful castle gardens in Arcen from the Arcense Herberg. If you're looking for relaxation then a visit to the saunas and warm thermal baths of Thermaalbad Arcen is highly recommended. The former fortress town of Arcen is beautifully situated along the river Maas. You can also explore the scenic beauty of De Maasduinen national park; located close to Arcen.

- In a great cycling and walking area. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Large and comfortable guest bedrooms. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Secure storage for bikes and large car park.
- Not really a minus point, but it is a small older style local hotel, and may not be those looking for an ultra modern hotel.

“If you like quaint down the road from a castle stay here!”
- If you are looking for something quaint and comfortable with two very down to earth and wonderful hosts then this is the place you want to stay. Set amongst a forrested area down the road from a castle this hotel is close to the center of town where you can have dinner on the Maas river. It was a very beautiful area and I really enjoyed my stay there. The owners are very helpful and courteous and keep gluten free bread on hand for those who need it.
