A breakfast buffet is available between 07:00 and 11:00. It is possible to enjoy a lovely dinner in the à la carte restaurant's ambient setting. “Outdated, not four stars”
- Breakfast was OK, location was good. Still 50 minutes from Dusseldorf airport though.
- The room was old and small. The beds were very old. The bathroom was small, quite an achievement how they fitted a toilet, sink and shower in there. The television was an old CRT that you wouldn t even pick up from the garbage. This hotel is 3 stars at best, I don t understand why it would be worth 4 stars. Fletcher hotels are usually this way though, very outdated.

“Good but could be excellent with some work”
- The rooms are spacious; the hotel has a nice atmosphere and is well placed for someone who wants to be out in the countryside with paths to walk or bike around. The thermal baths close by are apparently popular. Breakfast was good and adequate.
- Staff could be better trained in providing information in terms of accuracy and in a courteous form. A hotel can and will sell its products only if it can get recruits out of customers.Minutiae make the difference.

“A pleasant experience”
- This hotel matched our requirements exactly.There were asolutely no problems whatsoever and we would not hesitate to use it again
