- Prachtige locatie, aardig, behulpzaam en professioneel personeel. Heerlijk wakker worden aan de Rijn met een heerlijk ontbijt met uitzicht. Goed begin van de dag.

- The Hotel staff were by far the best feature of the hotel. Without their positive attitude the whole experience would have been a huge let down. They should be commended for their service focus. The resturant food was extremely good and waiting staff very hekpful and professional.
- The Executive room was hugely overpriced and under standard. The room did not resemble those advertised on the website. The room was small; especially for an executive option room. Linen was not changed on a daily basis. The room had no Iron or ironing board. Very few towels were in the room and those that were, were small. The hotel lift was extremely small. There were no additional features such as gym or pool.

- Fruit and fruit juice on offer in reception area was a nice touch.
- No shampoo provided, no tea, coffee or mini-bar. Lunch in hotel restaurant: my salad nicoise contained raw meat instead of tuna, anchovy and eggs. Partner's meal was also not as described.

“This is a great hotel, high quality but not too expensive”
- Easy to find with Sat Nav with parking outside and in nearby streets. Staff very helpful, short walk to town centre. Breakfast was good and served at a good time. Room was big and bed comfortable.

- The hotel is well located , close to the river and not too far from the city centre of Arnhem and the well known market square " de Korenemarkt" The hotel offers value fo money.
- the breakfast is limited and could be more extensive. no flexibility in pricing, even if you want to book 3 executive rooms!!!

“Excellent stay”
- This is a first class hotel. The Staff are extemely helpful and very polite. The food is first class with a varied hot and cold buffet style breakfast. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I have stayed in this hotel many times now and would not come back if there was anything wrong with it.
- The only and very minor negative is that sometimes car parking outside the hotel is a little difficult.
