Free bus service to and fro Schiphol, clean, neat
The staff is not at all helpful. Before my arrival I called them to ask the bus timings and they told me that the bus timetable is at the busstops. Whatever you ask for you will get the same answer: We cant help you. I asked for milk for my baby at 10 pm and I was willing to pay for it but they told me that they have milk but it is only for breakfast. I had to go and pick up the milk from the nearby ibis hotel where they gave me free milk when I mentioned it is for my baby. So big difference in service.

no phone in the room, have to get hot water from venting machine cup by cup, just one set of towel (it was a double room), water from shower would make the floor of the room wet and no mat/towel to dry the wet floor.

Frequent Shuttle bus from and to Schipol airport.
Since one is restricted in bringing Shampoo or Liquid soap on airplanes, it might be considered to provide this in the rooms. It is a budget hotel but as well very close to the airport.

Netjes, vriendelijk personeel en dat voor maar 60 euro. We waren met 3 volwassenen en één kind op kamer (bij ons in bed). Voor één overnachting helemaal goed. Veel fijner dan midden in de nacht met een taxi naar Schiphol. Leuk voor de kinderen. Vlakbij een McDonals met uitzicht op vliegveld en speeltoestel.

Great price for the room. I was very happy with the free shuttle service as well and the front staff were friendly and very helpful!
The bed was not very comfortable and their was minimal privacy in the shower.

Goed gelegen met goed vervoer naar de luchthaven tegen een aannemelijke prijs.
Ontbijt moet goedkoper kunnen, desnoods met een kleinere keuze, ik maak er nu nooit gebruik van.

the restaurant in the standard Ibis didn't have much selection and the portions were a little small. no bathmat for the shower.

Great location, free shuttle to and from Airport, roughly every 20 minutes. All you can eat buffet breakfast only 7 euros. Bed very comfortable, free WI-fi, very quiet rooms - good sleep.Vending machines in reception, no keys or cards - room codes, great idea. Took the shuttle back to the airport to eat as we didn't like the food (or the prices) at The Ibis next door. Airport is in a shopping centre so we ate and shopped and got the shuttle back.
Nothing about this hotel, just that the food at The Ibis next door was expensive and uninspiring.

Location near airport and highways is excellent. From Airport (free shuttle) a short train ride to Amsterdam and to other cities in Holland and the rest of Europe., Free internet in rooms. Toilet and shower in small cubicle inside the room. Good breakfast. Well-kept flower gardens and meadows around the hotel.
Rooms are tiny, with one double bed and a single bunk bed.

Quiet, wel cleaned room, comfortable bed, friendly once i arrived. Choice for 7,50 breakfast. Very good choice to rest here after or before a flight
Remote control was partly broke, difficult to swap around channels. But yea thats the only bad thing.

Clean and quiet hotel, very nice place to stay especially if we will continue the flight through Schipol Airport. The airport is only 7 minutes away from the hotel, with shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

My son left some expensive sunglasses (a brand called "rayban") in the room. We contacted the hotel as soon as we could but they had not been handed in and therefore were not able to be returned to us. Considering the rooms were well secured and access to them was limited (to ourselves and staff), we found this to a be a very surprising outcome.
