“1 Night Stay”
- Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and confortable for the price, I liked the fact that we could check out until 12pm, as we had a late one the night before
- Only negative thing is that it is outside the centre. There is a bus stop nearby but on a friday it stops very early. We took a few taxi s which was a bit of a downside, but we didn t care too much.

- When we booked I advised the hotel that we would be late arriving, this did not cause a problem. Hotel was nice and clean and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.
- Althought the breakfast was excelent there were several flies arround the food that was uncovered, needless to say we went for the food with covers.

“We hadden beter verwacht!”
- Bed was goed en schoon, badkamer idem.(maar onder het bed helaas de koekkruimels van een vorige gast!) Gratis parkeren. Hotel ligt dichtbij de 'grote uitvalswegen'.
- Restaurant onder de maat voor ons diner! Bediening slordig, eten zeeeer matig en in verhouding te duur. Koffie na het eten kon niet, apparaat stuk.... 's Nachts veeeeeel lawaai , waarsch. van mensen die van de bar in het Camp.hotel naar het hotel ernaast liepen!

- Hotel is in a good quiet location
- The person at reception was very impolite and totally unhelpful (first name Melanie). The person on duty later in the evening and in the morning when we left was much better and much more helpful but the way we were treated by Melanie left a bad taste in our mouth for our stay at Campanile Breda.

- we like the Campanile hotels, because of their set-up: simple motels, good beds, possibility for food selection in restaurant, usually well cleaned so you know what you can find there
- this time maintenance was poorly done and not checked by the hotel. when we raised a complaint the hotel management really tried to 'repair' matters. Which pleased us a lot. Unfortunately at the end the new computer system for payments did not function which caused us a real delay. Finally we got a positive reaction, which made us mark up our judgement on service.
