Apart from those two minus points, the rest was amazing. specially the breakfast

We have truly enjoyed the stay at the Hotel. Everything worked perfectly for my son and I. The location, room size cleanliness, facilities inc swimming pool, gym, free sauna, breakfast, price and most importantly Staff were very helpful and very professional. We would certainly go back again to the same hotel without hesitation

“My tip: We stayed 2 days at the Hotel and The location worked perfectly for us as we drove from Glasgow and stayed couples of days in Bruges, Brussels then to catch a ferry back in IJmuiden. Train station is at walking distance from the hotel which we have used to travel to Amsterdam as parking and driving in Amsterdam is very expensive and challenging. ”

Spacious, modern room. Excellent buffet breakfast which was included. Located next to Breukelen rail station for access to Amsterdam central. Free parking. Breukelen town nearby has several good restaurant options.
Beds were a little hard. No extra sheets were provided. Key cards stop working if put into your pocket next to a cellphone.

Van De Valk hotels are to a very high standard and Hotel Breukelen is no exception,just off the A2, very helpful front desk staff,great restaurant ,good choice of food and helpful servers,great breakfast with a varied selection of hot and cold food,plus eggs and omelettes made to order by the chef,Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom,tea and coffee facilities in the room, free wi fi,free parking, train station a few minutes walk ,direct trai
If you get a room at the rear of the hotel you can hear and see the trains,so don t have the patio window open,but it not a big deal.there are no real minus points ,the hotel is just great value for money compared to many others.

Omgeving, kamer, service aan de balie, gemakkelijk met auto trein te bereiken uitgebreide ontbijt buffet. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
De platen achter het bed waren van wit leer en in het donker kon je zien dat deze niet echt schoon waren

We loved the newly renovated look of the rooms Good size pool and wellness area can be used free of charge and the breakfast has everything your heart desires Your personal omlett will be cooked in front of your eyes... In regards to location, this hotel is conveniently located right next to autoroute A2 direction Amsterdam.
We had a room towards the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. However, I can imagine that the outside rooms could be a bit louder as you have the A 2 autoroute on one side and the train passing on the other.... Therefore ask for a room towards the inside
