“Good service, poor hygiene”
- The service, from Sandra, was excellent, she was very efficient and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.
- We thought the price a little high for what it was especially with breakfast and taxes being extra. Although the room was clean, we did notice that over our three day stay the stairs were not cleaned at all and the same litter was there when we left as when we arrived.

“Good hotel in comfort but ...”
- Its location is calm n cool..serene. Reception is also friendly and cordial. They offer separate smoking room.
- Don\'t expect more on service part. Our room heater was going off almost every night when it was needed most. Our other colleagues got changed their room due to this reason. And a single person was handling hotel in night apoligising for any help in this regard. They don\'t accept any currency above 100 euros. So keep smaller currency (or card, offcourse) if you are checking-in in this hotel. And I heard that its true for most of the stores too.

- Brielle is a beautiful town with historic significance to the Netherlands. The many shops and Restaurant/Cafes and bars make your stay here a treat. A walk atop the City Walls to view the Cannons, fortifications and picturesque views of the town is not be missed. Only a half an hour from Rotterdam and all that city offers, the location can\'t be beat.
- The rooms are small at least from an American standard and a Twin bed is inconvient again from the American viewpoint.

- Free internet connection in reception - all staff very friendly and hospitable, helpful ringing for taxis etc. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and bacon & eggs, not just continental! Room very clean & pleasant.
