Peter- Everything was positive, it was a large room in a very beautiful hotel that was close to the train station and yet right on the square at the edge of the old quarter . We walked from the station easily and found that we could walk every day through the old part of town by just crossing the street .
- We could hear the bathroom plumbing from the room next door . A minor problem only .

Rachel- Easy to get to from the train station and an easy walk into town. Staff on check in and check out were friendly and helpful Large, comfortable bed Overall a nice room Excellent Christmas decorations
- Terrible drainage smell in the ground floor hall way when we first went down into the room - the smell was in the room at first also but seemed to go away when we turned the air con off and we didn t notice it in the room again. Very noisy plumbing systems on the first night which disturbed my sleep - did not notice it on the second night.

J Nugent- We have stayed at this hotel for more than 25 years albeit under different names and have always been extremely satisfied with the hotel staff and the hotel.
- As we have stayed at this hotel for so many years the only complaint we would have is the prices in the restaurant are too high. Therefore we always eat out.

- Walls are too thin, my neighbor's television was a nuisance. Also, the lighting is very poor in the hallway, and in the room. I could not read very well due to the lack of light

- The rooms are a little dated. Carpets could be replaced. The bed was a little worn.
