- Internet connection and breakfast included in the already low (price worth) price. Very service minded and helpful with information about surroundings. The breakfast is served from 07 00, but as I needed to be on a meeting on the morning they let me in at 06 45 without any hassle. The hotel is as well very clean.
- The neighbor building was in refurbishing from 07 00 on the morning.

- hair dryer did not work, waited 5-10 minutes for hot water in a shower to run, poor sound isolation, construction work just across the hotel
