- Free internet in lobby. 3-5 min walk from Gare Centrale if you know the way - else about an hour.
- Difficult to find - the street is not on a standard tourist map and the hotel wasn't marked on the map issued by your website.

“Looks Good On Paper...”
- Walking distance to Grand Place and next to Central Station
- Promised wireless Internet was too weak to use in our room. The chef was "sick" so the restaurant was closed and we had to leave the property to eat dinner. The door handle was missing from the inside of our door and we had difficulty leaving the room!

- Very nice rooms only two blocks from the Grand Place.
- A little difficult to find, even our taxi driver didn't know where it was.

- Excellent location in the centre of Brussels close to Brussels Central Station. Very comfortable, large room. I slept very well! Well furnished hotel with modern decor.
- No information in the room on the hotel services (eg. breakfast times.)

- Location is excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast and service was excellent.
- Room service is non-existent. I requested a check on the hairdryer on day 1 (the plug had to be held to the socket to operate the unit) and the check/replacement was never done.
