Matthijs Soede- Availability of kitchen!
- After doing sport I came back in the hotel around 22.15 hrs and 2 lithuanian guests were sitting outside. they arrived at 21 hrs and were not aware to check-in before 20 hrs. they called the number for late arrivals many times but no response. they were waiting for an hour already not knowing what to do. They asked if I could help. I tried the number as well several times no response. why giving such a number if nobody is picking up the phone. Than I decided to call Condo Gardens. After explaining the situation he told me to knock on the door of the guard next to the office. I did this with quite a lot of force and indeed the guard woke up. He opened the door and very bad-tempered he asked 'what is your problem?' Very very unpleasant. I explained the situation and after a while his behaviour turned to be a bit more service-oriented. This is a negative experience. I felt sorry for the lithuanian young couple of which I had the feeling that they didn't had a lot to spent and just wanted to have a nice stay in Brussels. I hope they enjoyed Brussels after this quite bad start.
