Manneken Pis is the most famous statue of Belgium and is only a stone's throw from the hotel.

“Excellent value for money: a good class hotel in an excellent position”
- A taxi to the airport is expensive (I paid 45 euros on arrival) but there is no direct route from the hotel to the airport. However the reception staff did not appear to know the different ways that it was possible to do the trip. I would suggest a printed sheet with a number of possible routes would be useful. I devised my own in the end - from the local metro station to Gare Centraal and airport train - 3 euros! .

“Stay in Brussels”
- Helpful staff. Great room, once we were moved because our other room was too small. (we were traveling with a toddler and infant bed)
- Parking is difficult and expensive.

- Hotel location is fantastic, not far from Brussel Centrale, histotical centre, shopping street. Staff are very friendly. Cafe Adagio situated in the hotel is very nice and the dishes are very delicious.
- Unfortunately, hair-drier and ventilation didn\'t work in our room. TV channels in Russian is not available. Only one or two TV channels in English is available.

- Beautiful hotel right in the city centre. Dutch and English speaking receptionist, very helpful and polite. Large and luxurious looking room. Extensive breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage at the hotel after check-out.
- Room was very very warm even after turning the heating down according to the receptionist\'s instructions, so we slept with balcony doors open. Hotel is not easy to find, as it does not stand out and is not \'sign posted\' in the busy street. We never found the hotel parking spaces. Tip: use the shopping centre carpark a bit further on (look for MediaMarkt signs, only 20 Euros for 24 hours!)

- On the Saturday night of my stay, a local disco played excessively loud music which woke me at midnight and played thru to seven o\'clock in the morning. The staff tried to address the issue, and did offer to change my room but I was so tired I couldn\'t bear to gather up my things to move. Minus points for the local noise problem, many plus points for the night staff who were very caring and helpful, even with a cranky guest
