Price, friendly and helpful service
Location at a very grubby end of the street. Not as close to station as indicated originally. Rather a lot of (local?) drunks around, which made walking in the evening very uncomfortable!

Close to the center and the north train station (although near the red light district too).
Rooms were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were dirty. Sheets were not changed daily. My bed lacked two of its legs, and was therefore unbalanced.

Location is very good. Triple room is big and light. We could use heating even in summer (it was cold). Shower was good and clean. Would recommend staying in this Hotel.
The mouse in corridor!

Central location and a good service for that price. Rooms were altogether clean. The breakfast was OK - not much of a variety but satisfactory as a whole.
Not enough towels per person in the rooms. There were three beds in a twin room and as a result it was a little bit difficult to open the wardrobe.

We were put in a single room. The bed was very soft. The elevator went only to the 4th floor (we were on the 5th).

Easy no fuzz stay, great value for money - surely compared to earlier stays in Brussels.
No CNN, Discovery or National Geographic on the TV. Second towel is not replaced if you book a double room for one person.

Cheap and good location but we got what we paid for in terms of poor breakfast and NO ambience.
Breakfast inadequate. Everyday cheese slices,cheap bread, fake orange \"juice\" - no fruit, no real protein. Moved to Villa Royale nearby got hot filling high quality breakfast that changed daily. We were offered a \"winter rate\" and so the cost was not significantly greater. Your room was bare essentials only, while Villa Royale catered to business clients and had higher quality decorating etc. No \"winter rate\" offered at your hotel.
