- Friendly reception, free drink at the bar, clean room, rich breakfast.
- No toilet brush in the room. When I asked, I was told that this is the case with all NH hotels. Bad.

“Renovated but not finished”
- I was positive supprised about the renovation. It looks very nice and you feel comfortable. Staff is friendly like always. I know this hotel for 40 years and it has a name, it has history.
- The rooms are still the same old stuff. They didn t renovate them yet. For instance, the shower armature is still loose and is a matter of time and it falls of the wall. Cleaning should also done better.

- The services, breakfast, bed, bath... everything was really good.
- The only minus for this hotel is the place. If you are not with a car it s really painful. You have 2 km walking to the train station. If you are with a car the place is great - really close to the highway.

“Room service needed”
- When I stayed at this hotel three years ago everything was perfect. This time was no different. The service and food are outstanding. The bed and pillows just the right softness. Extremely clean and near the A1 freeway.
- This time the room service was below pae for this outstanding hotel. Dirty Towels were not removed and liquid soap was not replaced after completely used. Trash was left in can more than one day. The only thing the maid did was make the bed. I complained to the desk clerk and the next day my room was completely cleaned. Other than that I am totally delighted with this hotel, alrhough an explanation card for the air conditioning and RV remote would be a big help.

“Great location, large rooms.”
- We had a big room in the back of the hotel. It was roomy and had a nice layout. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning. The people in the reception area were capable and friendly.
- Our room was not very well cleaned every day, the corners of the bathroom were not clean, nor the bottom of the shower curtain.

- The room was not cleaned properly after the previous guest. There were papers, and sachets in the wardrobe. The mini bar was empty except for left overs from teh previous guest.
